Florence graduated from Sciences Po Paris (public department section). The labor issues taught by Professor Jean-Emmanuel Ray led her to enroll in university to dig deeper in the substance of the matter.
She graduated from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (post-graduate Master I in Labor law – she came first of her year) and became a lawyer while attending the Master II in European labor law (university of Sorbonne).
She has advised companies from all business sectors for twenty years, and has gained solid experience in reorganization matters involving job market revitalization, site conversions and relations with the administrative authorities and trade unions.
She has been trained to mediation techniques and is always looking for innovative solutions. She favors collective negotiations with respect to the transformation matters with which she is entrusted, and make all efforts to defuse conflict situations.
She is a specialist in social dialogue and works on the meeting points between HR stakes and CSR, and is convinced that today the companies’ commitment to society is the best way of making HR policies that prove successful and create value.
